Coaching Connect is a trading name of Newscott Coaching & Training Ltd. Newscott Coaching & Training Ltd is the Data Controller (ICO registration number ZA070489) for personal data about associates, employees, event attendees, newsletter and podcast subscribers, and course subscribers on this website coachingconnect.co.uk.
We do not trade personal data for commercial purposes and will only disclose it if required by law, necessary to arrange your event attendance, or where applicable with your consent.

Visitors to our website
When someone visits coachingconnect.co.uk we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. Recharge on the Run (Free Audio Course)
This service is free. A name and an email address are required for access to the service. Any information that is provided when the sign up form at http://coachingconnect.co.uk/recharge-on-the-run/ is completed, is purely in relation to the audio course service only and no other service.
We use other third parties, such as a credit card processing company, to bill you for services and a Live Chat service to assist you if you have questions while using our website or regarding your order. When you sign up for our services, we will share your personal information only as necessary for the third party to provide that service.
We do not take payments on this website so no personal information related to payment is retained by us online. If you purchase tickets to any of our events and/or purchase our services and would like to know if we keep any personal information regarding that, you may contact us with a “subject access request” as detailed below.
